Roadblocks like office politics, turf wars, and misalignment often hinder effective innovation and product work. I’ve personally encountered these challenges. I didn’t always navigate them perfectly - far from it. I made mistakes and learned valuable lessons along the way. But I’ve also witnessed firsthand the transformative power that modern diplomacy tools can bring to innovation and digital product work. That’s why I’m passionate about further developing this concept.
My initial research began during my master’s thesis at the Geneva Graduate Institute in 2024, where I explored how these tools can be systematically applied to overcome common roadblocks. This research led to an invitation to present at the renowned Product Management Festival / Tech Leadership Summit in 2024, where I shared my findings with an audience of innovation and digital product professionals from over 30 countries.
